Request Report

Use this form to request a copy of a police report, traffic report, or incident report. Please provide the information below so we can locate and process your request.

Agency Instructions:

If a report is generated for your incident and you need a copy, one will be available approximately 5 business days after the original report has been received by the officer. If you request an email copy, parts of the report may be redacted as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq
